Rafal Wiacek

Rafal has witnessed PMC Hydraulika in Poland expand from an empty facility with only three employees to a 2,000m² workshop with 100 employees. Over the years he has had a variety of roles including assembler and storage keeper, team leader in production, quality inspector and technical support for process engineers.

Rafal briefly left PMC in 2018 to challenge himself elsewhere but was back again in March 2019 taking on the role of Process Engineer, managing process flows for some of our biggest customers. The main reason for his return was the friendly atmosphere and positivity between colleagues as well as the desire to be more hands-on with technical issues, working closely to production.
