Leart joined PMC in September 2025, straight from university, where he studied Industrial Engineering; Logistics and Management. While his education could have naturally led him into a career in logistics, a job posting on LinkedIn caught his attention and led him to PMC, a decision he is very happy he made.

From day one, Leart felt welcomed and well taken care of. He appreciated the structured onboarding process and especially enjoyed the Global Introduction Days, where new employees from across the organization come together to learn more about PMC, its people and its culture.

What stands out most to him is the company culture. Despite colleagues being spread across different countries and continents, there is a strong sense of synergy and teamwork. People are approachable, willing to share their knowledge, and always ready to help each other succeed.

Leart is driven by a desire to do his job well and continuously improve. Curious and forward-looking by nature, he enjoys learning new things and taking on new challenges. His favorite work tools are AI and Excel, a combination that helps him work efficiently.

When describing PMC, he uses a unique comparison: “PMC is like a ‘smörgåsbord’ or like a buffet of opportunities. You just have to choose what interests you.” For someone who is ambitious and eager to develop, that variety is a major source of motivation.

He freely admits that he is not a morning person. His mornings are efficient rather than slow-paced: he sleeps as long as possible, gets ready in just 15 minutes, drinks a glass of water, and is ready to go. You could call it a flying start. Once the day begins, he operates at full speed bringing plenty of energy into everything he does. Leart enjoys being around people, builds relationships easily, and values the social side of work. Combined with his positive attitude and drive to learn, these qualities have helped him quickly become a valued member of the PMC team.
