Michael joined PMC in Denmark in 2023 as Sales Manager. Coming from a background in trade, finance, and logistics, he stepped into the hydraulics world without a technical background and straight into a time of exciting change.

He has been involved in many developments since day one. It’s been a dynamic journey, and now the team is finally starting to see the results of their efforts, something Michael finds incredibly motivating.

Achieving results and reaching goals are key drivers for him. Being part of a transformation where hard work turns into real impact is both rewarding and energizing.

What Michael appreciates most about PMC is the freedom with responsibility. There’s a clear framework in place, but within it, he has plenty of room to shape, create, and take ownership and that is an environment where he thrives.
