Quality Manager, Poland

Marek was employee number four when he started at the three-month-old PMC Hydraulika in Poland in January 2012. He began as a Process and Quality Engineer defining processes from scratch and since December 2016 he has been ensuring that our customers’ quality expectations are met as Quality Manager. The possibility to find and develop new ways of working motivates Marek to give his all.

The best aspects of working at PMC are the supportive people and the positive atmosphere both locally and within the group. “When you wake up in the morning and go to work with a smile on your face, every day, that is when you know you are in the right place,” Marek concludes.

A passion for quality, process development, and a workplace where people enjoy coming to work has kept Marek motivated for more than a decade.
