Our contribution to the SDGs

We are assessing the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and their relevance across our value chain to identify where we can have the greatest impact. At present, we are focusing particularly on the use of raw materials, such as steel and hydraulic oil, and on finding ways to reduce their environmental impact.

We aim to reduce our use of steel. Further downstream in the value chain, the CycloneConcept helps reduce the amount of hydraulic oil required in our customers’ applications.

Helping our customers reduce their footprint

We develop solutions that help our customers reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. The CycloneConcept is an excellent example, helping to reduce the energy required in our customers’ applications while also reducing oil volume, weight and environmental impact. Our Poppet Technology is another example, reducing energy losses compared with traditional valves.

Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in our EcoVadis assessment. We have been awarded a Bronze medal, placing us among the top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis. Committed to a safe workplace

Safety is a fundamental part of how we operate. We continuously monitor and report accidents, lost time accidents, near misses and safety observations, using these insights to identify risks, prevent incidents and improve our ways of working.

We are committed to aligning our practices with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and international standards such as ISO 14001.
