114 attendees have given their judgment in our second survey which shows continuously high satisfaction with a grade of 4,10 out of 5. More than 80% are willing to recommend us as a supplier based on our expertise, service-mindedness and a high level of proactive communication in our relationship. "Despite many good reviews which have strengthened us, I will endeavor to increase confidence in us as a supplier, said Dan Svanfelt, who was responsible for the survey."

According to the survey PMC has identified four areas that will define the work to strengthen the organization and increase the customers’ competitiveness.
•    Responsibility – increase our delivery performance and reduce lead-time
•    Innovation – use our competence to solve your problems
•    Participation – spend more time with our customers to understand their challenges
•    Performance – prompt reply on quotes, lead times and technology, especially on the aftermarket
